At 800 meters from Avize, village classified grand cru of Champagne, we offer a haven of peace and calm where you can relax after a walk in the middle of the vineyard of Champagne.

With a maximum capacity of 10 people, the hunting lodge of Avize (nicknamed 'I don’t care!!) opens its doors.

The house has

- 3 rooms for 2 people: Each room has a bathroom and toilet.

- 1 bedroom for 4 people: One double bed and 2 single beds in 2 separate bedrooms. A bathroom and a toilet.

For your relaxation, enjoy the common areas of the house:

- A large fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas Chatelaine)

- A small cosy lounge with a fireplace and billiards,

- A large living/ dining room of 70m² with fireplace, TV, children’s play area, small library, board games, stereo

- Lingerie with washing machine and dryer

- Free wifi.

Enjoy the large terrace with its garden furniture and the park of 11 hectares with secure area for children with a small swing, a petanque field and a barbecue!

The private pond 150 meters from the house will charm you and you may discover the pleasures of fishing (loan gracious fishing rod)!

(the 3 musketeers), doctors, dentists, hairdresser and of course. many small Champagne houses (about 100: make your choice!

Located in a forest, La Madeleine offers many walks and also for fishing lovers, the area has a pond.

The hosts have a petanque court and a barbecue.
